Great place for some food after fishing...ok kayak launch...live bait a little on the expensive side but it's a convenient one stop shop..location is awsome

We went to Restaurant based on a recommendation by our friends who live in Bayou Vista. We wore our mask in and a young waitress came up to us asking what we would like to drink, however, she did NOT have her mask on. My husband asked her if she wouldn’t mind wearing her mask and she got offended. She had another waitress take our order who was very nice. The young waitress walked around restaurant without her mask on. We ordered Boudin Balls, they were good but be careful because they are hot!(heat). The burgers were great. Definitely homemade patties. Service was slow to bring refill on tea and napkins. No plate for Boudin Balls.

Think they need to hire some more people. I only seen 3 waitresses and it still seems like the one that was working bar had all the tables also. She was slinging beers and all the food that came out. Great worker that's for sure just looked like she needed help.

My first time there. Wife,daughter & Grandson has been there before & enjoyed it....and so did l.

I actually forgot to bring cash when I took my son fishing here and the staff member told me the bait shrimp was on the house bc he wanted my son to have fun fishing. We saw people catching black drum and we had fun catching some crabs.

This place is super delicious! I absolutely loved the food. Keep in mind that it does take a little while for your food to come out, but it's because they make it fresh when you order. The staff was nice as well. There's a great view of the water on the patio with lights strung up, and they have covers on the outside so there's no wind. All around great place, will be returning!

They only had dead shrimp and they were extra small. On Memorial Day, when hundreds even thousands of people are out to enjoy the amenaties . Really, who does that (?)

Had a great time here on friday! I had the salad with grilled chicken,it was delish!

Ordered two beers, 12 hot wings, boudin balls. Beers came fast...then 30 mins later our wings and boudin. They were not busy, there was a bday party there who already had their food served eaten and check in hand before our food even came out. We asked for it to go because it took way too long for appetizers. Hot wings were raw!

Good burgers. They do not serve hard liquor but I bring my own Vodka and buy their OJ.

The food is decent but anything fried is going to taste like fish. The service is slow no matter what but the wait staff is friendly. The patio is nice but bring some mosquito repellant in the warm months if you plan on staying when the sun goes down.

Only con is the ramp is too steep for my flats boat to clear the roller so it takes a lot of work to launch. Great place otherwise.

Looks like a nice relaxed place, always busy, but I only use the parking lot when launching my kayak to Jones Bay. Nice boat ramp and kayak launch. Ice machine in parking lot and good bait shop open in summer.

Great to have a little drink, buy some bait, and launch your boat. I have a little 15 footer, and they accommodate me well here. The food - it's amazing! Definitely worth the trip.

The service is horrible we went in there and sat for 2 hours before we finally got our food, the girls in their our rude, not very nice people. When you order the seafood platters it's supposed to come with a salad we never got a salad even after asking for it. I wouldn't suggest anybody eat there.

Wasn’t impressed!! Waitress was more concerned about the drinkers at the bar then taking our order. The waitress and people were extremely loud (yelling). We were sitting at a table away from the bar and was told we had to wear our masks if we didn’t have a drink in front of us!

We always have a good time there. We have been there on Fridays whrn they have karaoke.

Cold beer good food,also noticed help wanted signs what do they pay per hour for waiting tables

The shrimp po boy was very delicious and it was my first time trying one. And my husband ordered the oyster po boy and it was easy to tell how fresh the shrimp and oysters were. And the oysters were very big that my husband had to eat some before he could close the sandwich. And the staff was very friendly and provided good service. We will definitely come back next time we go to Galveston

Local atmosphere was great! Restaurant ran by local, down home friendly folks. Food is excellent home cooking, with an assortment of choices, Breakfast & Seafood being my number one choice! The Crab dip appetizer was awesome! And the big breakfast after the Lone Star Rally Saturday night hit the spot!

Nice people. Convenient location. Usually have bait, but if they don't it seems others don't either. Never launched here but a lot of people do. Ice machine nearby is convenient.

Ate here after a day of fishing. Boat ramp is a little crooked, but ok. Food was great, big portions and cheap prices.

Very comfortable.. order the breakfast burrito..Has everything inside and not on the menu. it's called the "Duck" burrito. Truly awesome!

Food decent. Wait help NOT wearing a mask!! - around her neck, yes...🤬🤬🤬NOT going back any time soon. Overcooked shrimp, but good burgers.Try it when they're being careful, Covid19 is too predominant in Galveston County to NOT wear your mask, staff!!!

We love this place! Most of the time they always have bait. Very convenient for those who live in Bayou Vista and Omega Bay! Food here is pretty good even the steak is outstanding! Prices are reasonable. And a really good vibe with great people working here. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 is every time I order a burger my bread is soggy by the time it gets home and I live in Bayou Vista. Other than that this place is rad!!!
